The Patriots' Tweet About Taylor Swift During Loss to Chiefs Had Fans Sounding Off

In this story:
Taylor Swift was back in attendance at a NFL game on Sunday, as she made her way to New England to watch Travis Kelce and the Chiefs snap their two-game skid with a 27-17 victory over Bill Belichick and the Patriots.
The pop star was once again a big storyline throughout the day. Kelce was seen looking a poster of Swift on a wall inside Gillette Stadium after warmups, and later during the game cameras caught Swift yelling at the refs after her boyfriend didn’t get a call in the end zone.
The Patriots’ social media team had some fun with it all, tweeting this about Swift during the game:
It's her - hi! 👋@taylorswift13 | @GilletteStadium pic.twitter.com/zIPwjvLgD6

Some fans didn’t like the team tweeting about a fan of the opposing team:
How far things have fallen. The golden era Patriots would never celebrate opposing fans on social media. Bailey Zappe deserves better. #Foreverne https://t.co/rLy1VnJcse pic.twitter.com/VXdjRdI6NF

Why would you post an opposing fan, even if it’s Taylor? I really don’t understand the obsession with her. https://t.co/sV0QJBZozI
