NFL Network’s David Carr Ripped Over Terrible Taylor Swift-George Kittle Joke

In this story:
Super Bowl week is here, which means there will be many hours each day filled with people talking on television about the big game, and not all of the analysis is going to be great.
If you need proof of that, just look at what NFL Network’s David Carr said before Monday night’s Super Bowl LVIII Opening Ceremony. In case you missed it, the former quarterback tried to make a joke about Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, and San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle.
"So, I’m glad Taylor Swift is out of the country,” he said, "because if she sees George Kittle, she might rethink the tight end that she chose.”
Here’s how that went for him:
"I'm glad Taylor Swift is out of the country. Because if she sees George Kittle, she might rethink the tight end that she chose."
