Eagles OL Says ’No Shot’ Jason Kelce Returns to Team in 2024

Will Jason Kelce return to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024 to continue his Hall of Fame career?

“There’s no shot!” his teammate, offensive tackle Jordan Mailata told John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia. “You’re telling me, he’s going shirt off in the games, gambling in the casinos, he’s coming back? No way! He’s having too much fun. He’s out there living his life. I’m going to miss him for sure. This has been the greatest six years of my life for sure, being here in the NFL, and to meet people like Jason Kelce has been an honor.”

While Kelce has yet to definitively announce his plans regarding his future, the sense around the Eagles franchise, from teammates and coaches to media members, is that Kelce played the final game his career in the 32–9 NFC wild card loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As Mailata pointed out, Kelce has been enjoying himself this offseason thus far, from gambling at casinos to partying at playoff games while supporting his brotherTravis.

Until Kelce makes a definitive statement, there’s always the small chance that he returns for a 13th season. But Mailata wouldn’t count on it.
