Stop if you’ve heard this one before: Two NFC North coaches walk into a college basketball game, and … they had a good time, presumably.

In a bizarre snapshots from the NFL the offseason, Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur was spotted watching UConn’s 74—67 win over Marquette with Chicago Bears coach Matt Eberflus on Wednesday night in Milwaukee.

Neither coach sported any team apparel, and both easily could have been mistaken for everyday college basketball enthusiasts. NFL fans were intrigued by the sight of the two division rivals seated side-by-side at Fiserv Forum and were itching to know what LaFleur and Eberflus could possibly be discussing.

Some observers on social media theorized they were plotting the downfall of the Detroit Lions or perhaps discussing the fate of Chicago quarterback Justin Fields. Others were just flat-out confused.
