Bengals DE Trey Hendrickson Seen Working Out With Team After Trade Request

In this story:
A few weeks ago, Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson requested a trade from the team ahead of OTAs.
But, now the situation has grown a bit more complicated as Hendrickson was seen working out with the Bengals on Monday in a video posted by the team. Even though Hendrickson seemed to want to move on from the franchise on April 24 when the news came out, he still showed up to OTAs.
What's notable about this is that Hendrickson could have easily skipped on-field drills whilst he waits to see if he ends up with another team.

Hendrickson is entering the fourth year contract with the Bengals that he signed in 2021. He is set to earn $14.8 million with the team this season and $15.8 million next year, but now he is wanting more security with another team, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported at the time. He just signed a one-year extension with the team last season.
