Bengals Hosting Purdue QB Aidan O'Connell For Private Visit Ahead of 2023 NFL Draft
CINCINNATI — The Bengals are one of at least seven teams that have a private meeting and workout scheduled with Purdue quarterback Aidan O'Connell according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
O'Connell played in a pro style system with the Boilermakers and impressed teams at the Shrine Bowl. The 24-year-old threw for 7,202 yards and 50 touchdowns in 24 games over the past two seasons at Purdue.
The Bengals haven't re-signed veteran quarterback Brandon Allen, which could mean that they're looking to address the position in the draft.
