Look: Vonn Bell's Contract Details With Carolina Panthers Surface
CINCINNATI — Vonn Bell is now a Carolina Panther after earning some fresh guaranteed money. According to Ari Meirov, Carolina signed Bell to a three-year, $22.5M deal with $13 million guaranteed.
That's a decent drop from the safety's Spotrac projection of $9.7 million per season. Cincinnati may have balked at that guaranteed number in the negotiations as Aaron Wilson reports the second-years salary is guaranteed.
Bell is joining a Carolina team with a brand-new staff and can be a similar veteran voice in the locker room as he was during the greatest two-year stretch in Bengals history.
