Bengals Tight End Mitch Wilcox Cleared to Practice After Undergoing Offseason Knee Surgery

CINCINNATI — The Bengals' tight end room is getting a boost. Mitch Wilcox has been cleared to practice and was taken off of the physically unable to perform list.

The 26-year-old underwent offseason knee surgery. He's appeared in 31 games over the past two seasons for Cincinnati, hauling in 20 receptions for 155 yards and one score.

Wilcox has also been a key contributor on special teams. He'll battle Devin Asiasi and Tanner Hudson for a spot on the Bengals' 53-man roster.
