DeAndre Hopkins Wants to Play for Bills, He Told Von Miller: 'You Never Know!'

Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller isn't shying away from admitting what many fans had been speculating for a few months in regards to DeAndre Hopkins.

Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller had tons of important topics to touch on when meeting with the media on Tuesday.

But despite the talk about his family, life and rehab from the season-ending knee injury last year, Miller- like the future NFL general manager he is, provided some insider information that Bills Mafia is dying to hear.

Miller has been working out in Dallas frequently this offseason with Arizona Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkins, who has been the subject of countless trade rumors since the 2022 campaign ended.

With a bunch of time spent training together, Miller said that Hopkins admitted to him that he wants to play for the Bills if a trade between Buffalo and Arizona were to work out.

“You just never know until you know,” Miller said. “Hop said he wanted to be a Buffalo Bill … You just never know until you get that DeAndre Hopkins signature on the contract."

Miller isn't shying away from admitting what many fans had been speculating for a few months now. He could've played the classic cryptic game, but made things clear and is now giving Mafia hope that Hopkins will end up in Orchard Park at some point.

But this isn't free agency. For a rebuilding team like the Cardinals, they'll do what's in their best interest when it comes to potentially trading Hopkins. If the Bills are unable to offer an enticing package, Arizona will send Hopkins to a team that will.

Still, maybe Miller could use some of his rookie GM influence on Brandon Beane to pull off what he views as a Super Bowl-winning trade for his workout buddy.

"I would love to see DeAndre Hopkins be here and I would love to have his skill set on our offense with Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and Dawson Knox and Gabe Davis," Miller said. "How could we lose with those guys?
