Bills WR Stefon Diggs Suffers Injury Scare in First Half vs. Steelers

The Buffalo Bills entered Monday's Wild Card playoff meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers already dealing with multiple injuries on both sides.

To make things worse, star receiver Stefon Diggs made Bills fans hold their breath after appearing shaken up while making a catch near the end of the first half. He fell a bit awkwardly and put his head on the ground for a few moments in some visible discomfort. He then got up and jogged off to the sideline.

Luckily, Diggs was back out there to begin the third quarter.

It's unclear what kind of injury Diggs sustained on the play and if it will keep him limited in the second half. The Bills have no made any kind of official announcement as Buffalo headed into halftime with a 21-7 lead.

Diggs finished the first half with five catches for 35 yards.

The Bills also officially announced injuries for two players, both of whom are questionable to return in the second half.

- LB Baylon Spector (back)

- CB Christian Benford (knee)

The Bills also listed Sam Martin (hamstring) as questionable to return, but he shed the injury tag and punted to begin the third quarter.

After the Steelers blocked a field goal,  Martin appeared to injure his hamstring on the ensuing run-back. His potential absence would have had a big impact on Buffalo's special teams, but he appears to be serviceable despite not being 100 percent.
