Although they're not expected to do much next season, the Arizona Cardinals still have some talent ready to make an impact.

Sure, they no longer tout multiple future Hall of Fame players and are now in the first stage of a rebuild under a new head coach and front office, but the Cardinals still should find themselves competitive in most games through the 2023 season.

So - who are the best players currently on the roster?

Pro Football Focus ranked Arizona's top three players, and there's little surprise as to who made the cut: Kyler Murray, Budda Baker and Marquise Brown.

"This was one of the tougher trios to assemble — and not in a good way," wrote Trevor Sikkema.

"The Cardinals are full steam ahead on a rebuild. With that being the case, it’s not a deep roster, talent-wise, at the moment. Since the start of the offseason, they’ve lost DeAndre Hopkins, Byron Murphy Jr., J.J. Watt and Zach Allen, four players who all could have been considered here.

"Murray has to be on this list despite injury, as does Baker, despite his trade demand. Marquise Brown has the edge for the third spot, as he consistently grades out around 70.0 as a receiver, and that remained the same last season through a foot injury that caused him to miss games. He’s likely to headline the team's receiver room in 2023."

When healthy, we've seen what a talented Kyler Murray is capable of. Budda Baker has been a consistent presence in Arizona's defense and Marquise Brown now has all the opportunity in the world to show what he can do as a No. 1 receiver in the desert.

PFF listed D.J. Humphries as a player who was also considered for a top three spot. He had the highest grade (72.3) of any returning Cardinals starter.
