Cardinals vs Cowboys: How to Watch, Kickoff Time, TV Channel and More

In this story:
ARIZONA — The Arizona Cardinals play host to the Dallas Cowboys for Week 2 of NFL preseason action at State Farm Stadium tonight. This is technically the third game for the Cardinals thanks to their participation in the Hall of Fame Game to kick off preseason activities.
Neither team is expected to heavily play starters, though we're still sure to see a handful of notable names — which could include Cowboys first-round pick Caleb Downs.
There's several things to watch tonight — here's how you can do so:
How to Watch Cardinals vs Cowboys

Who: Dallas Cowboys at Arizona Cardinals
What: NFL Week 2 Preseason
When: Saturday, Aug. 22 at 7:00 PM AZ time
Where: State Farm Stadium, Glendale, AZ
The game is being shown on NFL Network with local television stations carrying it as well. For Arizona, that's CBS-5 (Arizona Family) and Dallas' KTVT CBS 11.
For those wanting to listen to the radio call, Arizona’s Sports' 98.7 FM is carrying the call while Dallas' 105.3 The Fan is home for Cowboys listeners.
The Cowboys aren't going to see their biggest names out there, which includes right tackle Terence Steele — who was sort of called out by Dallas head coach Brian Schottenheimer.
“T-Steele’s got to play a little bit more consistent,” Schottenheimer said (h/t ESPN). “He has had a couple days where he’s been a little bit dropping his pads and getting edged a little bit. He needs to be better.”
The Cardinals, meanwhile, aren't expecting to see much of their prominent guys in action — though head coach Mike LaFleur insists some mix of starters will be on the field.
"I don't want to say that all quote unquote starters [won't play] because we don't have our starters yet, per se. Obviously, I'm not going to sit here and say we don't know who's going to be our left tackle and who's going to be our center and stuff like that," LaFleur told reporters earlier in the week.
"But it's not like 22 guys are going to be sitting out. There's going to be guys that are going to be out there on day one, that are going to be starters, that will be playing in this game."
