Best Prop Bets for Cardinals-Giants Week 2

In this story:
The Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants are looking for their first win of the 2023 regular season, and so too are numerous NFL bettors after a wild Week 1.
The Cardinals were able to cover their seven-point spread while the Giants didn't come close to theirs in a 40-0 drubbing last week.
We've already highlighted who most betting experts believe will cover today (which you can find here), but now it's time to evaluate some prop bets throughout the web:
Compare.bet: Giants RB Saquon Barkley Over 19.5 Receiving Yards (-114 at FanDuel)
Kyle Odegard: "Barkley has averaged 30 receiving yards per game in his career, and after such a slow start last week the Giants will likely look to get their most dangerous skill player the ball in myriad ways.
"While much of that will come on rushing attempts, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a screen or two as well as some receptions as the dump-off guy. If the Cardinals’ pass-rush stays hot, Barkley will be the emergency outlet for quarterback Daniel Jones.
"Barkley is a special, special player with the ball in his hands and I think he will be able to evade enough Arizona defenders after the catch to go over on this prop bet."
Draftkings: Darren Waller — Over 44.5 receiving yards (-110)
Mike Turay: "Like Barkley, Waller is also due for a productive game as Daniel Jones struggled to get any time against a tough Dallas defensive line. He was brought in over the summer to be Jones’ main target. Last week Arizona allowed Commanders TE Logan Thomas to grab 4 catches for 43 yards. Expect Waller to outdo last week’s 3 catches for 36 yards and have a better performance."
Lineups: James Conner over 2.5 receptions (-125 at Caesars)
Noah Rosenstein: "Because of his excellent pass blocking and receiving abilities, Conner stays on the field a ton for the Cardinals. Last year he played 55% of the team’s total snaps despite missing 4 games. He played at least 60% of the snaps in 10 of his 13 games and had 5 games over 90%. Last week against Washington he played 84% of the team’s snaps, more than any other running back besides Christian McCaffrey.
"Being on the field so much means Conner has tons of opportunities to get involved not only as a runner but also as a receiver. He had at least 3 targets in 11 of his 13 games last year and he had 5 in week 1 this season. That led to Conner catching at least 3 passes in 10 of his 13 games last season.
"Between his track record in the receiving game, the expected game script and the fact that inexperienced quarterbacks like Josh Dobbs often rely on check downs to their running backs as a safety valve, there are plenty of reasons to feel confident in the over on 2.5 receptions for Conner in this game."
