We should be in for a good one Monday night!

The Los Angeles Chargers enter into their game with the Dallas Cowboys this week with a record of 2-2. It has been an interesting season for the Bolts thus far, and they are lucky to be sitting at .500 right now.

LA narrowly escaped their last two games with victories, and now they hope the bye week has helped them cure what was going wrong. The team played down to their competition and found themselves making silly errors throughout the games.

Now, as they get ready for Dallas on Monday Night Football, the Chargers will need to be even better. Dallas is coming off a game against the San Francisco 49ers, where they were beaten down, so they will be looking for redemption.

This is a game that the Bolts really need to grab because they have the Kansas City Chiefs the following week. They can't afford to keep dropping games, especially being in the loaded AFC Conference.

Gavino Borquez of Chargers Wire looked at the next few games for the Chargers and predicted how they would turn out. They see the Bolts handling the Cowboys on Monday Night Football and picking up the massive victory.

“If there’s an opponent the Chargers will benefit from being well-rested for, it’s the Cowboys. Dallas is one of the hottest teams in the league, as they can light up the scoreboard, currently averaging the fourth-most points (31.0), while their defense has been stiff. Kellen Moore, who will face his former team, will look to not only lean on his star quarterback Justin Herbert but also get the ground game going with hopefully Austin Ekeler, who’s been out since Week 1 with an ankle injury, against a middle-of-the-pack Cowboys run defense. Expect a lot of points in this Monday night showdown. Ultimately, I see primetime Herbert guiding the Bolts to victory.”

If the Chargers come into this game prepared, they should be able to take down the Cowboys. But their lack of preparation and in-game management has been the issue for them. The Cowboys likely won't beat themselves here, so the Chargers must play mistake-free football.

It should be a good game and show how the Chargers are as a team. The Cowboys offer a substantial test after the bye for this team, and we will get to see what the Bolts are made of in this one.
