Charger Experts Detail What Games They're Looking Forward to in 2023

Whether LA was give the hardest schedule or the easiest schedule in the NFL heading into 2023, their mindset should not have been changed one bit. They've had three seasons with Justin Herbert manning the offense and he's going to get his big-time extension soon putting him up there with the likes of the best QB's in the league when it comes to payrolls.

Therefore, it looks like the NFL wants to see him prove what he's made of and he has the excellent opportunity to do so. He's finally tendering to that lingering left shoulder issue he's had, a brand new WR will be added to his list of passing options in Quentin Johnston, and that disappointing 2022 end is lingering in his mind.

The two showdowns this season between the Bolts and the reigning Super Bowl-Champion Chiefs were already highly-anticipated and now seeing that one will be their last game of the season, all the more reason to be excited.

However, that is not the only key matchup that LA will have to endure late in the year. Considering that they'll be fighting for their final, Chargers experts have already been taking their picks for what games they'll be looking forward and EVERYBODY should be listening up.

First off, Chris Hare is super excited to check out how Herbert is going to do as he leads the Bolts into New York to face off against Aaron Rodgers in his first season with the Jets.

"Justin Herbert in the big apple against Aaron Rodgers," said Hayre. "That's going to be fantastic. You don't get that every year, I think this is a unique opportunity for Justin Herbert to face Aaron Rodgers maybe for the last time."

Matt 'Money' Smith then followed up by mentioning just how important it will be when LA takes on the Buffalo Bills.

"I believe both of these teams are going to be in the thick of it," said Smith. "It's week 16, it's an early Christmas present. I feel like stakes are going to be so high. They're going to pull out all the stops to make this a real spectacle."
