Chargers News: LA Native Lions Receiver Eager To Play In Home Town Vs Bolts

In this story:
Your Los Angeles Chargers will look to extend their current winning streak to three games and get above .500 for the first time this season. However, it won't be an easy task, as they will host one of the NFC's elite teams in the 6-2 Detroit Lions.
The Lions have proven to be among the best clubs at this point in the 2023 NFL season, with one of the top offenses in the league. One of the reasons for their impressive offense is because of their Pro Bowl wide receiver, 24-year-old Amon-Ra St. Brown.
St. Brown has thrived in the league, playing a big part in Detroit's offense and proving to be among the best in his position. However, before his time in Detroit, he was making a name for himself as a member of the USC Trojans for three seasons and being among the best prospects in the greater Los Angeles area.
Now, Amon-Ra is heading back to his hometown for the first time this season and is looking to make his mark in what should be an epic Week 10 battle against your Los Angeles Chargers.
"I'm excited to go back," St. Brown said this week. "I'm excited to go back home and hopefully have a good game in front of my friends and family."

St. Brown is having one of his best seasons, recording 57 receptions for 665 yards, three touchdowns, and an average of 11.7 yards per reception in seven games. He is getting better and better each season, and LA will have their hands full with the one-time Pro Bowler.
The Chargers will loom to spoil Amon-Ra's homecoming, contain the Lions offense as much as they can, and come out on top to get their fifth win of the season.
