Maybe the most disastrous coaching job in NFL history.

Current Ravens and former Chargers running back Melvin Gordon had a WHOLE lot to say about his past season with the Denver Broncos.

In an interview with the Ravens team website, the former Charger left no stone unturned when criticizing the mess that was football in the Mile High City last season.

"I just was in a bad situation. I'm sure there's a lot of guys over there (in Denver) right now thinking the same thing. Some of those guys get to do it in those jerseys over there in Denver. I'm happy that most of the guys that didn't have the years that we wanted due to a bad situation got another opportunity to show the world. That's all you can ask for."

The Broncos had many believing that it would be a return to former glory as it was with Elway and Manning after Denver unloaded a massive haul to bring in former Seattle Seahawk Russell Wilson to be their next supposed long-term.

After multiple seasons of stop-gap veterans and failed draft picks, the Broncos thought they had a surefire playoff contender.

Instead, the offense sputtered, and Mr. Unlimited looked pretty limited in his first season in the Rocky Mountains. Supposed offensive genius Nathaniel Hackett was meant to be a big coaching hire, but instead, fans in the stands needed to remind the head coach of the play clock by week 2.

While he dealt with fumbling issues in Denver, Gordon still has valid criticism toward his coaching staff and Wilson for his lackluster play. Despite a strong defense headlined by young star cornerback Patrick Surtain II, the Broncos' offense failed to score 30 points in a game until the final week of the regular season.

Denver released Gordon, and he was picked up by fellow AFC West rival for the Chargers in Kansas City. There Gordon escaped the dysfunction of Broncos Country and instead rode to the Lombardi Trophy with the Chiefs.

Safe to say it all worked out for the former Charger, who now has a Super Bowl trophy to his name and a new chance with another AFC rival for Los Angeles in Baltimore.
