The NFL Draft is just a few days away, and the endless speculation surrounding the Indianapolis Colts at the quarterback position should mercifully come to an end Thursday night.

ESPN's Todd McShay believes the Colts have zeroed in on Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Will Levis in the first round.

The Will Levis-Colts buzz is very real, folks. Indianapolis seems to be extremely intrigued by the Kentucky quarterback. In fact, if Levis is off the board, I'm not sure what the Colts do from there. The only information I've heard on them this week is they're interested in Levis. Things could change, but that's the latest buzz around the league, and Matt Miller was hearing similar stuff at the end of last week.

The next question is whether Indy would move up for him or stay put. Tennessee has been connected to him, too, so the Colts might opt to trade up to block their division mate and land their preferred passer. -- Todd McShay, ESPN+

The Colts have done an excellent job of staying patient during this process. The Carolina Panthers sent players and picks to move up to No. 1 overall, but the player the Colts covet could be sitting there at No. 4.

By waiting, the Colts have helped lower the asking price of the Houston Texans at No. 2 and Arizona Cardinals at No. 3 should they decide to trade up.

McShay describes the Cardinals as "borderline desperate" to trade out of the No. 3 spot. The Colts could face competition from the Tennessee Titans for the No. 3 pick, but the Titans don't pick until 11.

They would have to give up much more than the Colts to move up from 11 to No. 3 in the draft.

There are no sure things in the NFL Draft, but the only lock appears to be Bryce Young going No. 1 overall to the Panthers.

After Frank Reich and the Panthers pick, it starts to get real interesting. The Colts should have more options at No. 4 than originally thought if the Texans don't take a quarterback.

Speculation around the Colts starting quarterback has been running rampant since Halloween of last season.

The Colts and their fans should have their answers on Thursday night when the draft starts at 8 p.m. EST.
