The Cleveland Browns are set to meet with Houston QB Deshaun Watson, the third team to get a meeting with the embattled QB after Carolina and New Orleans got an opportunity on Monday. Still no evidence Watson would consider the Eagles even though Philadelphia has its fingers crossed and would be ready to act.

8:09 - Another potential WR option is off the board for the Eagles as D.J. Chark heads to the Motor City on a one-year, prove-it deal.

9:03 - Aaron Rodgers has signed his monster deal with the Green Bay Packers, advertised as three years and just over $15OM.

11:00 - The Packers have decided to tender WR Allen Lazard at a second-round level per the NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

11:08 - The Steelers are bringing back DL Montravius Adams.

11:25 - Dallas loses another as OL Connor Williams agrees to a two-year, $14M deal with Miami.

11:35 - NFLPA prez J.C. Tretter is being released by the Cleveland Browns, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

11:37 - The Browns are also losing S MJ Stewart to a two-year deal with Houston.

11:39 - The Detroit Lions are bringing back pass-rusher Charles Harris with a two-year, $14M deal.

11:41 - Now the Falcons are in on Deshaun Watson, according to Adam Schefter and  Chris Mortensen, despite the recent move to push forward with Matt Ryan. Still no evidence of the Eagles being able to get in line. Watson is a Gainesville, GA. native.

11:42 - James Daniels blocking for Mitchell Trubisky? It's happening again in Pittsburgh. Daniels to the Steelers on a three-year, $26.5M contract per NFL Media.

11:48 - Cleveland has officially announced the J.C. Tretter release.

12:01 - Rams LT Andrew Whitworth goes out on top, announcing his retirement on Instagram.

12:20 - In a turn of events, Randy Gregory will not be going back to the Cowboys, after all. He and Dallas could not agree o language in the new deal that would have protected the Cowboys against Gregory being suspended again. The Broncos swoop in and get a deal done with the edge rusher.

12:32 - The biggest domino has finally dropped at safety with Marcus Williams agreeing to a five-year, $70M deal with Baltimore per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Tangentially mentioned as a potential target of the Eagles, who have a significant need at the position, Williams was likely always going to be too expensive for the Birds.

12:44 - The Bills are taking RB J.D. McKissic out of the NFC East with a two-year, $7M deal. One of the better pass-catchers out of the backfield in the NFL, McKissic gave the Eagles a headache or two while in Washington.

1:00 - The Dolphins are bringing back LB Elandon Roberts on a one-year deal.

1:09 - The Patriots are re-signing RB James White.

1:31 - A big bag for a kicker. Younghoe Koo re-signs with Atlanta on a five-year deal for nearly $25M.

1:46 - Onto the next drama in Green Bay.

1:48 - The Broncos are re-signing ILB Josey Jewell to a two-year deal per Mike Klis of 9News in Denver.

2:00 - The Eagles have tendered restricted free agent guard Nate Herbig for the right of first refusal of $2.433 million.

2:21 - The Jets are signing former Seattle CB D.J Reed.

2:22 - Washington is bringing back defensive back Bobby McCain.

2:23 - Tampa Bay has agreed to sign WR Russell Gage away from NFC South-rival Atlanta.

3:20 - The Eagles cleaned up their RFA, ERFA situation, agreeing to terms on one-year deals with RFA WR Greg Ward and ERFA DB and special-teams standout Andre Chachere.

They also officially confirmed the right-of-first-refusal tender for OG Nate Herbig while the team has until 4:00 Wednesday to reach a deal with Boston Scott after failing to tender him. If no contract is reached by then Scott will become an unrestricted free agent.

3:35 - The NY Jets went to Plan B at S after failing to sign Marcus Williams and came to terms with ex-Bucs S Jordan Whitehead, per ESPN's Rich Cimini. The Eagles have been heavily involved in the safety market.

4:09 - The Patriots are trading RG Shaq Mason to the Buccaneers, who have lost Ali Marpet to retirement, and Alex Cappa in free agency to the Bengals.

6:05 - Former Eagles and Cardinals LB Jordan Hicks has agreed to a deal with the Minnesota Vikings.

6:18 - The Colts are expected to re-sign former Eagles OL Matt Pryor to a short-term deal.

6:19 - The Giants are bringing in QB Tyrod Taylor to be Daniel Jones' backup on a two-year deal for $17M.

6:41 - RB D'Onta Foreman is signing a one-year deal with Carolina.
