Noon - The NFL's completely permitted negotiating period has begun, which isn’t quite as catchy as the oxymoron of legal tampering but you get the point.

12:01 - The Cincinnati Bengals are the first team to act, agreeing to a four-year, $40 million deal with former Tampa Bay OG Alex Cappa. The reigning AFC champions address their biggest need: protection for star QB Joe Burrow.

12:11 - The Miami Dolphins are signing former Arizona RB Chase Edmonds to a two-year,  $12.6 million deal,  per his agent Drew Rosenhaus. This will be Edmonds' second stint with the Dolphins.

12:19 - The Cleveland Browns are expected to release WR Jarvis Landry. The Eagles were in the market for a veteran receiver, especially one who can excel in the slot like Landry but there has been little buzz with Landry and Philadelphia so far.

12:27 - The Arizona Cardinals are re-signing RB James Conner to a 3-year, $21 million deal per Adam Schefter.

12:32 - The Super Bowl champs are officially bringing back OT Joe Noteboom.

12:35 - The Carolina Panthers, who are firmly in the mix for QB Deshaun Watson announced the release of CB A.J. Bouye and pass rusher Morgan Fox.

12:46 - NFL teams interested in Deshaun Watson may opt to visit the embattled QB in person by traveling to Houston or via Zoom per Aaron Wilson of the Pro Football Network. The Eagles have been low-key since Watson steered clear of potential criminal charges when it comes to his sexual misconduct allegations but a league source says that Philadelphia is still paying close attention to the situation.

12:55 - The Steelers have agreed to a two-year deal with Mitchell Trubisky, per the NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Trubiskly, a former starter in Chicago, will be in line to replace future Hall of Famer Ben Roethlisberger.

1:08 - Multiple reports Have Cincinnati DT Larry Ogunjobi agreeing to a deal with Chicago for three years and $40.5M.

1:15 - The  Seahawks and safety Quandre Diggs reached an agreement on a 3-year, $40M deal to keep him in Seattle. One of their locker room leaders, Diggs is recovering from an ankle injury suffered late in the season.

The Eagles figure to be in the market for safety during free agency. One off the board here and the 13.3M AAV Diggs got could affect any Eagles' negotiations with players like Marcus Williams and Justin Reid.

1:30 - Eagles veteran safety Rodney McLeod, who will become a free agent on Wednesday unless a new contract is worked out chimed in on Diggs' deal via social media.

1:33 - The Seahawks are bringing back veteran DT Al Woods.

1:37 - The Browns have officially released WR Jarvis Landry.

1:38 - Our old friend Doug Pederson and the Jacksonville Jaguars just landed a big fish in former Washington OF Brandon Scherff, a five-time Pro Bowl selection who will protect Trevor Lawrence.

1:42 - More offensive line help in Cincinnati. The Bengals are signing former New England OC Ted Karras.

1:44 - Another S is off the board with Detroit keeping Tracy Walker on a three-year deal.

1:48 - We have a big LB deal as agent AJ Vaynerchuk confirms to NFL Media that former Falcons LB and tackling machine Foye Oluokun is getting three years and $45M from the Jaguars.

1:52 - The Jaguars are on a spending spree, this time it's former Jets DT Foley Fatukasi set to sign for three years and $30 million.

1:56 - The Jets and Joe Douglas get one back in former San Francisco OG Laken Tomlinson, who is getting three years and $40M.

2:08 - Former Eagles CB Sidney Jones is staying in Seattle where he once starred in college at the University of Washington. He signed a one-year deal for $3.6M.

2:13 - Tennessee is doing some work on its OL, re-signing OC Ben Jones and bringing in former Seattle OL Jamarco Jones. Jones got two years and $14M.

2:19 - The Jets are bringing back WR and kick returner Braxton Berrios on a two-year deal.

2:21 - The long-snapper news you've been waiting for. The Dallas Cowboys are re-signing Jake McQuade.

2:32 - The Khans just don't spend money on pro wrestlers. Jacksonville is expected to sign former Arizona WR Christian Kirk, a name that many connected to the Eagles in an attempt to bolster the WR2 spot in Philadelphia. Turns out Kirk was way too expensive at four years and $72M.

2:37 - The Eagles have struck, bringing in former Temple star Haason Reddick back to Philadelphia on a three-year, $45M deal with $30M guaranteed at signing, per Mike Garafolo. The Camden native could fit in at the SAM LB position Jonathan Gannon wants to use in multiple fronts or just rush off the weak side. 

2:41 - The Bengals are re-signing DT B.J. Hill to a three-year, $30M deal.

2:45 - The Texans brought back S nd former Eagle Terrence Brooks on a one-year, cost-effective deal.

3:15 - Instant reaction to the Eagles signing of Haason Reddick:

3:45 - Green Bay is re-signing LB De'Vondre Campbell to a five-year, $50M contract.

3:46  - Seattle is re-signing TE Will Dissly to a three-year, $24M contract.

4:03 - The Colts are bringing back TE Mo Allie-Cox on a three-year deal for $18M.

4:08 - The LA Rams are keeping their battery together as C Brian Allen will re-sign on a three-year $24M deal.

4:10 - The Vikings have tendered their kicker Greg Joseph.

4:13 - The Cardinals have confirmed backup QB Colt McCoy will be returning on a two-year deal.

4:42 - The Cowboys lost another WR with Cedric Wilson defecting to Miami on a three-year, $22.8M contract.

4:47 - Teddy Bridgewater is returning home to Miami with a one-year deal to be the backup with the Dolphins.

4:55 - The LA Chargers landed a big one, signing the best CB on the market in former New England playmaker JC Jackson at five years and $85M.

5:00 - Ben Braden jumped from Green Bay to Denver.

5:13 - With Tom Brady back in the fold Tampa is starting to get others to follow and has re-signed CB Carlton Davis to a three-year, $45M contract.

5:22 - The Chicago Bears released DT Eddie Goldman.

5:27 - Miami Dolphins TE Mike Gesicki signed his $10.9M franchise tender.
