NFL Draft Day 3 Big Board: 10 Potential Falcons Targets

In this story:
The Atlanta Falcons have added three players to their roster through the first two days of the 2023 NFL Draft, selecting Texas running back Bijan Robinson, Syracuse offensive lineman Matthew Bergeron and Ohio State defensive end Zach Harrison.
But with three picks - No. 113 (fourth round) and Nos. 224 and 225 (seventh round) - still to be made on the draft's final day, who could the Falcons be targeting?
Here are 10 potential options for Atlanta ...
Cincinnati WR Tyler Scott
Scott and Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder played together at Cincinnati and developed a strong relationship. Both sides are hoping for a reunion and Atlanta likes the speed that Scott brings to the table.
Nebraska WR Trey Palmer
Similar to Scott, Palmer is a dynamic vertical presence, as he led college football with three receptions of 70-plus yards. As the Falcons look to keep adding explosives on the outside, Palmer makes sense.
Florida State DB Jammie Robinson
A Georgia native, Robinson met formally with the Falcons at the NFL Combine and also had a top-30 visit. He's strong in man coverage over the slot and would give Atlanta another option as it appears poised to increase three safety sets this season.
Louisville CB Kei'Trel Clark
A favorite of the Falcons coaching staff at the Shrine Bowl, Clark is highly smart and competitive and could be a long-term solution for Atlanta at nickel.
Princeton WR Andrei Iosivas
Iosivas is another receiver the Falcons are fond of, we're told, and his 6-3, 205-pound frame paired with 4.43 40-yard dash speed makes him an intriguing option at the top of the fourth round.
Texas NT Keondre Coburn
The Falcons are still aiming to go multiple on the defensive front, and Coburn, another standout at the Shrine Bowl, presents a strong option at nose tackle.
Utah CB Clark Phillips III
While he's undersized at 5-9, 184 pounds and may be viewed as a nickel-only corner, Phillips has the competitive toughness and instincts to appeal to Atlanta's coaching staff.
Seventh-Round Targets
Boise State DB Tyreque Jones
Like Robinson, Jones fits the mold of a safety who can work at nickel and in the box. He has a strong relationship with Atlanta's coaching staff and presents a solid alternative late if the Falcons don't address safety at No. 113.
Utah LB Mohamoud Diabate
The second Ute to make the list is the 6-3, 229-pound Diabate, a versatile, athletic linebacker who can play in space and rush the passer..
Arkansas WR Jadon Haselwood
It's possible the Falcons have spent more time with Haselwood than any other prospect in the draft class, having coached him at the Shrine Bowl, visited with him after his pro day and held another meeting thereafter. He's in play as a seventh-round target.
