NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans end up sticking at pick 11 and add a player to their offensive line in Peter Skoronski, the talented offensive lineman out of Northwestern. Skoronski will now join a revamped offensive line in Nashville and will be expected to be, not only a starter for 2023, but for most of the next decade.

Skoronski played 33 total games during his four-year career at Northwestern. He was a decorated player earning a spot on the freshman all-american team in 2022. Skoronski followed that up in his sophomore year by making the first-team all-conference. He finished off his college career with a unanimous all-american selection.

Skoronski spent his entire college career at left tackle, but due to some concerns with arm length(32 ¼ inches) and height(six-foot-four) some around the league believe he will need to play at guard. Luckily, for the Titans, they need everything on the offensive line. Skoronski could slide in at left guard immediately and the Titans may give him a shot at tackle at some point as well. The versatility is what stands out.

As a player, Skoronski has great strength and balance. He may be short in areas, but he has a thick and wide frame. Skoronski has quick feet and is able to burst out of his stance to get his pads on defenders in an instant. His hands are powerful and precise. He uses that combination of skills to be one of the safest prospects in the draft.

The Titans may not have been able to hit the proverbial homerun, but Skoronski gives them a solid starter for the foreseeable future. The Titans now can move their focus to the rest of their picks knowing they have a solid starter in tow.
