NASHVILLE - Ohio State football held its annual Proday on Wednesday, where coaches and team officials from around the NFL converged on Columbus to watch some of the top prospects in the 2023 draft showcase their skills.

Among those present to watch were Tennessee Titans general manager Ran Carthon and head coach Mike Vrabel, among others.

Two of the three top Buckeyes on display, left tackle Paris Johnson Jr., and receiver Jaxon Smiht-Njigba, along with quarterback CJ Stroud, are believed to be at the top of the Titans list of potential targets when the team goes on the clock with the No. 11 pick in the draft.

While little information has been shared about the performance of these players, the most anticipated numbers were those of Smith-Njigba's forty-yard dash time.

Per reports, that time came in at 4.53 in his only attempt at that run. It is not clear whether that was an official time or hand-held.

While this is slower than some anticipated and slower than the fastest time recorded by a receiver this season at the combine (Nebraska's Trey Palmer, 4.36), this time, combined with the incredible fluidity and change of direction ability of Smith-Njigba makes him exactly what most experts believed of him prior to the beginning of the draft process.

TCU's Quinton Johnston is considered the top receiver prospect, Smith-Njigba is a close second, and the player many draft pundits have projected to the Titans in multiple mock drafts.

There is no indication of what direction the Titans might be leaning as to pick No.11, but between Smith-Njigba, and Johnson Jr. Vrabel and Carthon might have gotten a close-up view of their next first-round pick in Columbus.
