    • SMH Moment: Dillard took a holding and then the Titans got a false start to make it third and forever.
    • Key Play: On that third and forever, the Titans got a pass interference call that gave them a first down when they targeted Treylon Burks.
    • The Skinny: The Titans simply can't block the Browns. Whether run plays or pass, the Browns are in the backfield.

    • Quarterback: Ryan Tannehill

    • Result: End of Half
    • SMH Moment: The Titans took a sack on third down with 13 seconds left and got zero points
    • Key Play: Chris Moore made a big-time grab on the right sideline for 33 yards on fourth down.
