NASHVILLE - The central theme for the AFC South teams entering the NFL Draft revolve around quarterbacks, where no less than three of the four teams could be in the market for a signal caller in round one if things fall their way.

Today, we take a short peek into each team as they continue through free agency and toward draft day.

HOUSTON TEXANS

There's no doubt the Texans are in the quarterback market, and Mike Fisher shared this on their quest.

"As it currently stands the consensus is that the first two picks in this NFL Draft will be quarterbacks. That means it's Ohio State's C.J. Stroud and Alabama's Bryce Young, in one order or the other, who might end up with the Houston Texans, who are set to pick whomever the Carolina Panthers don't select at No. 1 overall. But maybe instead of focusing on two names, we should backtrack to just focusing on quarterbacks - and maybe we should do so with a more wide-angled lens. We know that Florida's Anthony Richardson is a candidate to go high. So that makes three QBs. How about another? Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Texans had a top-30 visit with Levis.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Like Houston, the Colts sit at the top of the draft and are also in the market for a quarterback. However, some now feel that Jim Irsay's team should make a move to Lamar Jackson. Drake Wally shared this for Horseshoe Huddle.

Former All-Pro and two-time Pro Bowler Lamar Jackson has officially requested a trade from his five-year suitor, the Baltimore Ravens. This comes as a bit of a shocker to many, but Jackson made it clear of his thoughts on the matter through Twitter. For the Indianapolis Colts, this perks up the ears a bit. There were vague reports that the Ravens and Jackson would work something out, but clearly, this never came to fruition. There was also the simple thought, “no way the Ravens don’t re-sign Jackson, right?” This shows how much these teams stay tight-lipped with sensitive information. Colts' general manager Chris Ballard is not only in a crucial season in his respective role, but also in a unique position to either draft a rookie field general or go after the proven product and former MVP in Jackson. Ballard commented on Jackson today at the NFL Owners Meetings, per Stephen Holder of ESPN.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

The Jags are the only team in the division with no thought of drafting a quarterback in the first round, considering they have Trevor Lawrence as their guy. So where are they looking as it pertains to the draft?

John Shipley of Jags Reports had this to say about their biggest position of need on the offensive line.

"For the first time since the 2018 season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are set to enter a season without Jawaan Taylor as their starting right tackle."

One potential candidate to replace him from the roster is former second-round pick Walker Little. Or they could draft someone like Ohio State's Dawand Jones to fill that spot.
