NASHVILLE -- On Friday, NFL Network's draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah held a conference call and talked about many different prospects and the best paths/scenarios for teams around the league ahead of the NFL Combine, which kicks off this week.

Jeremiah is one of the league's best draft analysts in breaking down prospects and positional fits for every team in the league. I asked him what he thinks the Tennessee Titans should do with the No. 11 pick.

"With Tennessee, if you're looking at them and looking at other positions, they've got to get more explosive on offense," Jeremiah said.

He's right, too. Jeremiah pointed out that Tennessee is coming off a season in which their offense ranked 28th in points per game and had a fair amount of issues in pass protection.

While many analysts, including Jeremiah, have mocked Ohio State's left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. at No. 11, there are other positions of need that could help create a more explosive passing attack for the Titans in 2023.

"Just something to help the passing game, so wide receiver would be an area I would look at," Jeremiah said.

Tennessee will have their fair share of options -- perhaps even at positions of need -- at No. 11 come April. But Jeremiah believes that if the Titans choose to select a player that's not a tackle, wideout or another player that could help with the offense, the Titans may be better off trading back and collecting future draft capital.

"If you're not going offensive line and you're not going wide receiver, I'm going to try and trade back and see if you can get some more value."

Ultimately, though, Tennessee's needs on offense are important and have to be addressed at some point this offseason. Jeremiah knows this.

"They've got to do something to be a little better on offense."
