The Tennessee Titans are in a battle with the Minnesota Vikings and in the second quarter Titans rookie edge rusher Caleb Murphy got his second sack of the preseason.
The Tennessee Titans are in the middle of their second preseason game of the year, this one against the Minnesota Vikings. The offense hasn't moved much this quarter, but the defense is starting to make an impact.
We saw that when rookie edge rusher Caleb Murphy got his second sack of this preseason when he beat a Vikings' offensive lineman at the line of scrimmage and then went through the middle of the pocket to take down the quarterback.
Murphy is an undrafted rookie out of Ferris College, a division two program. Murphy is fighting for a roster spot currently. He had a sack last week against the Chicago Bears and added another here. If he keeps it up, he could just get that spot he is fighting for.
