Training camp is the next time we will see the Titans together as a team. With the completion of four weeks of organized team activities comes a long break for coaches and players. 41 days the team will go before they all come back to the facility.
One of the things Vrabel said to the media on Wednesday is the stretch of time between organized team activities and training camp is the most important time of the offseason. Players will go out on their own and what they in this period will have a big impact on their play in 2023.
It would not be a shock if some players started to slack during this time. You got five to six weeks off from being at work, some let themselves fall out of football shape and lose their progress. This could make it a tough start to training camp.
.@Titans HC Mike Vrabel: This is the most critical five weeks of the offseason, leading up to training camp. .. Wants players to prepare for a long season

On the other hand, as Vrabel is hoping the Titans do, some players work even harder when they are away from the team. Maintaining and building on the work they put in over the last month and beyond. These are the players that come into training camp ready to get better.
While we may be entering a relatively dead period of the calendar when it comes to coverage of football, this is a critical time for the players. Vrabel knows this personally and surely has expressed this thought to his team.
Once training camp kicks off and we get a glimpse of practice, we will have a good idea of who followed Vrabel
