NFLPA Accepts Changes to CBA, Training Camps To Start On Schedule

The countdown for the 2020 NFL season can officially begin. Yep, you heard me right.

After a meeting on Friday, the NFL and NFLPA have come to an agreement. NFLPA player reps voted 29-3 to accept the modified hard-fought CBA changes on both health and economic fronts. This means they will allow training camps to begin on Tuesday.

In a statement released by NFL Commissioner Rodger Goodell, said "The season will undoubtedly present new and additional challenges but we are committed to playing a safe and complete 2020 season culminating with the Super Bowl."

So mark your calendars football fans the NFL season opener between the Houston Texans and the Super Bowl Champions Kansas City Chiefs is set to take place on September 10th.
