Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Coaching Staff Highlights Impact of Diversity in NFL
Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians assembled one of the NFL's most diverse coaching staffs in Tampa Bay, including two female assistant coaches who will work the sidelines during Super Bowl LV.
Jen Welter was the first woman ever hired to coach in the NFL. Katie Sowers was the first woman to coach in a Super Bowl with the 49ers in 2020. Now, when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers take the field for Super Bowl LV, two women will be coaching on the sidelines.
