Chicago Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews scored two goals in the final two minutes of Game 5 of the Western Conference finals against the Anaheim Ducks on Monday.

Chicago Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews scored two goals in the final two minutes of Game 5 of the Western Conference finals against the Anaheim Ducks on Monday to send the game to overtime. Both goals came with Chicago's net empty.
Toews scored on a one-timer with 1:50 left to play and again on a wrist shot from a sharp angle with 37.2 seconds left on the clock to the tie the game at 4. The Ducks won the game 45 seconds into overtime on a goal from Matt Beleskey to take a 3–2 lead in the series.
Anaheim had jumped out to an early 2–0 lead in the first period when the Ducks scored two goals in a span of 32 seconds.
Monday's game was the third of the five games in the series to go to overtime.
