Predators sign fourth-round pick Richard to entry-level deal

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Nashville Predators have signed fourth-round draft pick Anthony Richard to a three-year entry-level contract.

The Predators announced Friday they had signed Richard, the 100th overall selection in the 2015 draft.

Richard has 16 goals and 18 assists in 22 games with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's Val-d'Or Foreurs this season. The 18-year-old Richard ranks sixth in the league in goals, eighth in points and 10th in assists. He leads the league with five game-winning goals.

Richard is a 5-foot-10, 163-pound center from Trois-Rivieres, Quebec
