Watch: Ottawa Senators play France’s national anthem before game

Saturday November 14th, 2015

Before their home game against the New York Rangers on Saturday, the Ottawa Senators paid tribute those lost and affected by the attacks in Paris on Friday.

The team had a moment of silence, carried the flag of France onto the ice, displayed a symbol on the scoreboard and sang the French national anthem.

The puck dropped shortly after at 1 p.m. ET.
