The Toronto Blue Jays are recalling outfielder Anthony Gose from Triple-A Buffalo, according to Jon Morosi of Fox Sports.

Gose, 22, has a .227 average with the Buffalo Bisons this season. He was in a 7-for-44 slump before Toronto made the move.

The outfielder made his Major League debut with the Blue Jays last season and played 56 games, finishing the season with a .223 average. Gose also added one home run, 11 RBIs and 15 stolen bases in 2012.

To make room for Gose, the Blue Jays sent pitcher Mickey Storey to Buffalo. Storey appeared in two games and allowed three runs in 3.2 innings.
