What's the English Premier League equivalent of a Brooklyn Nets-Atlanta Hawks game? Newcastle-Southampton? Stoke-West Brom? Either way, EPL stars turned out en masse to get a glimpse of the NBA in London Thursday, even if it wasn't a game featuring two of the league's finest teams.

On-loan Seattle Sounders and U.S. star Clint Dempsey -- San Antonio Spurs hat and all -- turned out at the O2 Arena, as did new Toronto FC signing Jermain Defoe (who will remain with Tottenham until the end of February).

Dempsey's Fulham teammates Darren Bent and Steve Sidwell; Manchester United's Nani, Manchester City's Edin Dzeko; Chelsea's Eden Hazard, David Luiz, Marco van Ginkel, Demba Ba and Andre Schurrle; Arsenal's Jack Wilshere, Olivier Giroud, Lukas Podolski, Per Mertesacker, Serge Gnabry and Lukasz Fabianski; Crystal Palace's Marouane Chamakh; Aston Villa's Christian Benteke; and Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic were also reportedly among the crowd.
