Cristiano Ronaldo: I will retire with Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo plans to retire as a member of Real Madrid, he told Spanish newspaper La Marca.
“Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City can forget it, I'm retiring at Real Madrid,” he said. “I have had good and bad moments. Four years ago, I was not happy, but there is no better place to be than here.”
Ronaldo turned 31 in February. His current contract is slated to expire in 2018 after he transferred from Manchester United for £80 million in June 2009. Last October, he became Real Madrid's all-time leading scorer. He has 364 goals for Los Blancos, second on the all-time scoring list for La Liga just behind Lionel Messi.
Ronaldo has previously said that he plans to compete for Portugal at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He has won three Ballond'Or awards, the most recent being in 2014.

Ronaldo has 543 career goals.
Ronaldo and Real Madrid are playing Atletico Madrid in the Champions League final on Saturday. He suffered an injury in training but should be cleared to play.
