Two NHL lovers got married in the most awesome, hockey-themed nuptials possible, complete with tables named after players, hockey puck place-card holders and an NHL shield customized with their initials.

Tim Strickler is a Philadelphia Flyers fan, while Marisa Gerdano cheers for her hometown Washington Capitals, but the rivalry between the two teams seems to have only magnified the couple's love for each other, and for hockey, as evidenced by their reception theme.

The groom happily reported to The Washington Post that the reception went off without anything like the on-ice fights between the Flyers and Caps.
