Friday's A.M. Hot Clicks: Leah Still Attends Her First NFL Game
Leah Still's Big Night
The Browns and the Bengals faced off on Thursday and the night's MVP didn't even wear a uniform. Leah Still, who is battling a rare type of childhood cancer, attended her first NFL game to root on her father, Devon, a defensive tackle for Cincinnati. Leah met the team's cheerleaders, received a standing ovation and even received some Twitter love from LeBron James. The good vibes didn't carry over to the game, however, as Cleveland dominated in a 24–3 victory. It was an especially rough night for Bengals coach Marvin Lewis, who was run over on the sidelines and was on the receiving end of a "Fire Marvin" chant from the crowd. On the bright side, Cincinnati rookie running back Jeremy Hill thinks that the Browns are "worse than I thought."
Rough Start for Cavs
The LeBron 2.0 Era in Cleveland is off to a bad start. The Cavaliers are 1–3 and have already started fighting amongst themselves. According to reports, LeBron James confronted Kyrie Irving following Cleveland's loss to Portland on Tuesday about the point guard's "bad habits" on offense—Irving is averaging just 3.6 assists per game. I predict an enormous victory for the Cavs tonight over the Nuggets. Cleveland will be out for revenge after Denver completely trolled LeBron on Twitter.
Sideline Discrimination
Katarina Sreckovic, a soccer reporter in Serbia, revealed that she was asked to leave the sideline of a recent match because she was too attractive.
Lovely Lady of the Day
Julia Kelly attended the Big Hero 6 premiere in L.A. earlier this week, which is one good reason to watch Big Hero 6 (click here for full-size gallery).
Good Karma for Cubs
It's been a rough 106 years for the Cubs, but the future is bright, especially if Kris Bryant is a part of it. The minor leaguer made one fan's day by sending him a signed bat after the two chatted briefly on Twitter. The fan originally sent Bryant a message to see if one of Bryant's game-used bats that was up for sale on eBay (for $850!) was legitimate. Bryant told him that he'd send a bat instead of making the fan pay on eBay. Perhaps Bryant (if he's reading this) can provide me with a bat for a Hot Clicks giveaway. Doesn't hurt to try.
