Kids teach J.J. Watt how to Nae Nae

The Houston Texans star could learn a thing or two from Riley Curry and Leah Still.

J.J. Watt surprised children at a YMCA in Houston to lecture on proper hydration, but the Houston Texans star ultimately walked away after learning a lesson of his own: how to do the popular "Nae Nae" dance.

Watt's teammates will be the first to say that the defensive end is notoriously bad at the "Nae Nae" dance, while Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard did not care whether Watt's moves were wrong or right as long as he kept dancing.

Matt Musil of KHOU captured a video of Watt leaving the camp as he was swarmed by dozens of campers. Watt fell over and laughed as the children continued to dance around him.
