Detroit Lions 2020 Schedule Breakdown

The Lions open the 2020 season with two familiar opponents in NFC North rivals the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers. Detroit finished with one of the worst records in the league in 2019 with just three wins on the year and didn’t register a single win against any of their division rivals. In addition to the Lions opponents in the NFC North, Detroit will also play against teams from the AFC South and NFC South. Their only primetime game comes on Thanksgiving when they host the Texans. According to WilliamHill, the Lions have the easiest road schedule but the fifth toughest home schedule.
