Kentucky's opening point spread over Hampton is largest since 2004

No. 1 seed Kentucky opened as 32-point favorites in its Round of 64 game against No. 16 seed Hampton, according to OddsShark.
According to Sporting News, it is the largest point spread in an NCAA tournament game since Duke was a 33-point favorite against Alabama State in 2004. The Blue Devils ended up winning by 35.
VegasInsider shows that Kentucky's line has already moved to -33 with some oddsmakers, including Westgate and William Hill.
Hampton defeated Manhattanin the First Four on Tuesday night to earn the right to play the Wildcats on Thursday.
