NCAA tournament 2016: First round start times, dates, announcers

March madness is here once again. The field for the 2016 NCAA tournament was announced on Sunday evening, and the NCAA followed with start times and announcing crews shortly after the selection show concluded.
North Carolina, Kansas, Virginia and Oregon earned No. 1 seeds over Michigan State, Oklahoma and Villanova, while Tulsa pulled off a shocker by making the tournament over bubble teams like Monmouth and South Carolina.
