Quarterback prospect Tate Martell has committed to Texas A&M but may be taking a visit to Ohio State on Thursday.
Texas A&M quarterback commit Tate Martell is taking a visit to Ohio State, according to multiple reports.
Martell committed to the Aggies last summer. The Bishop Gorman (Nev.) High star is the top-ranked quarterback in the class of 2017, according to Scout.com.
Since his commitment, Texas A&M parted ways with offensive coordinator Jake Spavital in January and hired UCLA offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone.
Ohio State already has a commitment from quarterback Danny Clark of Archbishop Hoban (Ohio) High for the class of 2017. Clark, the No. 27 quarterback in the recruiting class, will visit the Buckeyes this weekend.
The Buckeyes currently have the top ranked recruiting class for 2017, according to Scout.
