On Monday, Olsen was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing a stolen driver’s license. Police said that Olsen, 19, failed a field sobriety test and had several identification cards from three different states with his name on them. Olsen also had a Florida ID with the name of teammate, fullback Ronald Regula, in his possession.
Olsen, the younger brother of Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen, was reportedly suspended for the team’s first two games for failing a drug test. He had been in contention to be the team’s starting quarterback.
