Kent State-Buffalo game tentatively rescheduled for Friday

The Kent State-Buffalo Mid-American Conference football game has been tentatively rescheduled for Friday at 1 p.m. at UB Stadium, the university announced Thursday.
The game was originally scheduled for Wednesday night, but was postponed because of the lake effect snowstorm hitting the area. Some areas of the region have received more than six feet of snow, and more is expected to fall today.

The university also announced that admission to the Kent State-Buffalo game will be free for general admission seating and that people holding tickets for the canceled Wednesday date can redeem them for a ticket to a Buffalo basketball game this season.
Kent State was originally scheduled to play Akron next Tuesday, but that game has now been moved to Friday, Nov. 28 at 1 p.m.
