Campus Clicks: Arkansas loses at home again, Georgia LB's lovely proposal

Happy Monday

Tough Times for Arkansas

Arkansas lost at home again. While the game against Texas Tech was adequately entertaining, it was postgame antics that served as the real fireworks. Red Raiders coach Kliff Kingsbury blasted Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema with some heavy comments and a hot mic caught one Arkansas player saying "God, We Suck".

Congrats Lovebirds

As if Georgia's demolition of South Carolina wasn't enough excitement for linebacker Jake Ganus, he proposed to his beautiful girlfriend, Peyton, at midfield of Sanford Stadium:

Twitter Beef!

ESPN college football analyst Kirk Herbstreit had an odd, but very funny, Twitter beef with Leigh Anne Tuohy, the famed mom from The Blind Side. In addition to telling off Mrs. Tuohy, he also needled a heap of fussy Ole Miss fans.

Andy Bernard

Monday Quiz: Do you know where these 20 fictional characters went to college? Andy Bernard might rip your face off if you get his alma mater incorrect.

Tyler Edwards

LSU may have eviscerated Auburn this weekend but there was some very sad news from the LSU football community. Former Tigers tight end Tyler Edwards, 26, passed away on Saturday night. The cause of death is under investigation and no further details have been released. Thoughts and prayers to Edwards and his family and friends.

Unacceptable

Notre Dame defensive lineman Romeo Okwara should be suspended after obliterating Georgia Tech quarterback Justin Thomas with a dirty hit.

He missed??!!!

Check out Texas defensive end Charles Omenihu's reaction after he thought kicker Nick Rose had tied the score with his extra point attempt after the Longhorns made an incredible comeback against Cal. In his free time, Omenihu must go to the Jeremy Shockey school of celebrating too early.

Lesson Learned

Notre Dame safety Drue Tranquill injured his knee while celebrating during their win over Georgia Tech and it turned out to be a costly decision as the Irish lost yet another player for the season:

Rockets Flying High

Toledo defeated another power conference opponent this week (Iowa State, 30–23) and head coach Matt Campbell was very appreciative, sending out this classy message:

R.I.P. Buddy

Odds and Ends

SB Nation breaks down each group of sad Bama fans. It's kind of mean, but awfully funny ... Alabama receiver Parker Barrineau talked trash on Twitter following their loss to Ole Miss on Saturday night ... Ohio State somehow remained atop the AP poll despite an atrocious game ... Lady Gaga released a new music video to bring awareness toward sexual assault ... Is Oklahoma QB Baker Mayfield a legitimate Heisman candidate? ... College GameDay is heading west for Week 4 ... Playoff projections after Week 3 ... Arizona star linebacker Scooby Wright could return this week ... Coaches have always possessed loads of energy but it appears that coach-led postgame victory dance circles are gaining steam ... College hoops starts soon, so here are 64 reasons to be pumped about the 2015-16 season ... What do we know after College Football's chaotic Week 3?

Ain't No Chicken Leg

Most people were so fixated on the Ole Miss-Alabama game and other matchups on Saturday night that they missed Iowa kicker Marshall Koehn nailing a 57-yard field goal to beat Pittsburgh. 57 yards! 57!

Peterson or Fournette?

Leonard Fournette's monster performance had us thinking back to Adrian Peterson's days at Oklahoma and although we'll stop short of picking a better runner (because we'll take both, please) some of the comparisons are uncanny:

Oh, the Good Ol' Days

Hey, remember when former Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford wasn't playing terrible football?
