Arizona’s Allonzo Trier out 4-6 weeks with broken right hand

Arizona Wildcats freshman guard Allonzo Trier broke his right hand in Saturday’s 103–101 four-overtime loss to USC and will miss four to six weeks, the school said.
The injury to Trier occurred with three minutes left in regulation, and he proceeded to play all four overtime sessions through the ailment.

Trier finished with 25 points in 53 minutes on 10-of-19 shooting, adding six rebounds and four assists.
The No. 18 recruit in the country according to ESPN, Trier has averaged a team-high 14.8 points per game this season for the No. 7 Wildcats.
Arizona will play Washington next on Jan. 14 at 9 p.m. ET.
