The Duke Blue Devils travel to South Bend, Ind., to play the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday afternoon.

After a 36-28 loss to Michigan State last weekend, Notre Dame looks to rebound as the team opens a stretch of three straight games against ACC opponents. Last Saturday, the Fighting Irish trailed for most of the game as the defense struggled to find its rhythm and missed several tackles. Quarterback Deshone Kizer took a while to find his groove and ultimately completed 20 of 37 passes for 344 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.

Duke is also coming off a disappointing week, as the Blue Devils lost 24–13 to Northwestern for the Wildcats' first win of the season. Duke has been struggling with turnovers all season, surrendering the ball 10 times in three games. Last week also featured ineffective quarterback play, as Daniel Jones threw for just 279 yards with one interception.

Notre Dame holds the all-time series head-to-head advantage with three wins and one loss against Duke.
