13-year old Mo'Ne Davis will be the 18th girl to play in the Little League World Series after throwing a three-hitter in her teams win over Delaware on Sunday.

Davis' fastball has been clocked at 70 mph and she also carries some serious pop in her bat, both of which will serve her and the rest of her Philadelphia-based team well when they head to Williamsport to face off against the world's best youth baseball teams.

Philadelphia Magazine reports that baseball is not even Davis' preferred sport and that she hopes to some day play point guard for UConn.
