Prisoner seeks parole so he can watch LeBron win a championship

A prisoner in Ohio wants to be paroled so he can watch LeBron James potentially lead the Cavaliers to their first NBA championship.

Jason Goudlock, a Cleveland native, has served 21 years of a six- to 25-year sentence. In a letter to the parole board, obtained by The Smoking Gun, Goudlock asks to be granted parole so he can help at-risk youths.

"On the lighter side," Goudlock adds, "I would truly like to witness in person LeBron James' pursuit of an NBA championship for my beloved hometown."

Goudlock also wants the Ohio prison system to retire his number, 284-561.
